Who We Are
Maz Healthcare is a care agency that offers highly competent domiciliary care services for our service users to live as independently as possible, giving the user a greater sense of self reliance and a greater hold of their own lives. We strive to provide the best care services available for our service users to live free and happy lives. As Maz Healthcare, we place great value on ethics and ensure the service users live their lives as comfortably, happily as well ensuring they do so to their fullest ability. We strive to provide high quality care to ensure our service users enjoy some restored normal functioning and blend in seamlessly with their community. We work with service users from the age of 18 to 65 and 65+ experiencing physical disabilities, dementia, learning difficulties and eating disorders.

Our vision is to give our service users the ability to live as independently as possible for happy and meaningful lives. We do this by ensuring the service user is involved in every decision making aspect of their care, providing them with the ability to have care administered their way.

Our mission is to offer the best care services throughout Derbyshire county and greatly improve the normal social functioning and quality of life of our service users.
We aim to transform the way care is delivered today by motivating, empowering and mobilising people and communities to care about the people around them. At Maz Healthcare, we believe we can achieve value and happiness through caring for people and changing the way home care services are rendered. What sets our company apart from the rest is that we are true to our mission by implementing convenient care platforms not offered by other companies and involving service users in the decision-making process. We believe that it is the person’s right to make choices about their healthcare, including choosing to live and heal at home with comfort and dignity.

We work with an excellent, well trained team to provide the highest quality of care to our service users, with a personal touch allowing us to make one feel comfortable and in the company of a friend. We walk the service user through the process of recovery and empowerment for the creation of a whole being capable of living healthy, happy and fulfilling lives. The goal is to assist our service users to live their lives to their full potential with a sense of self worth.
Our highly competent staff, with the right skills and experience to deliver excellent services, are here to listen, and not just hear the needs of each and every service user as no two service users are exactly alike. Maz Healthcare encourages the development of rapport between the service user and the care worker. This is essential for effective problem solving as there is communication and trust built. We value our service users and recognise their inherent dignity and worth hence treat them with respect, valuing their contributions towards problem solving. It is our goal to restore our service user’s confidence, freedom and independence.
